Yes, FanFuser is suitable for events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Just make sure you choose a plan with enough content storage based on the number of expected guests and content you'd like to receive.
While we cannot guarantee the quality of all content, encourage your guests to upload high-quality content. You can provide guidelines or tips to your guests on how to capture better videos. Absolutely. The video content is yours to do what ever suits your needs. And so are the pictures! FanFuser puts no restrictions or limits on how you use the content from your event.
Yes, the number of videos and pictures that can be uploaded from your event depends on your subscription plan. We offer plans with different limits to accommodate events of varying sizes. FanFuser never blocks a guest from uploading to your account, but if your account has reached the maximum number of videos or pictures, the oldest content will be removed from your account to make room for the newest upload. Once that video or picture has been removed, there's no way to retrieve it so choose a plan that gives you enough storage.
FanFuser employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data and content. We use encryption to secure data transmission and storage, and we have strict policies in place to prevent unauthorized access.
Yes, you can use FanFuser for multiple events. However, the single use plans are not well-suited for recurring event usage. Please look at our other subscription plans. Those plans offer monthly subscriptions, varying video and picture storage, and do not have set experation periods.
We don't like hidden charges or auto-renewals for one-time events. Most likely, you don't either. Therefore, your plan has a limited number of days for the one-time charge and no unexpected auto-renewal. You should have enough time to create your account, retrieve your QR code, have your special event, and download the content before the account expires. After the account expires, all content will be deleted automatically and you will no longer be able to login to FanFuser using that account. Simple and no surprises, or need to remind youself to cancel the account.

Each time a fan uploads content, you'll get valuable information about that fan. FANFUSER creates a Fan database for you to see who your most supportive fans are over time. Customize Your Terms of Service
This is for individuals and corporations that want or need to include specific Terms of Service language. FANFUSER's default Fan Terms of Service is provided on your video upload page, but can easily be changed. Copy/paste or directly type in your customized Terms of Service for Fans. It will be included for viewing from the fan upload page immediately after saving it to FANFUSER.
