While most content is recorded in public spaces, we do respect that you are the licensed content owner of your performance. Therefore, FANFUSER employs security measures to protect your data and content. We use encryption to secure data transmission during video upload and when you are logged into FANFUSER. We have strict policies in place to prevent unauthorized access and monitor for any unusual activity on our site.

FANFUSER provides you with the unedited versions of fan-created content from your performance. In many cases, you may want to download this content first for editing before uploading it to your social channels. In this way, you can monetize fan-created content through various methods, such as adding info for merchandise sales, exclusive content offers, upcoming performances, or sponsored content. The social platforms you upload this content to may also pay you based on their monetization policies and your account status.

You can easily share fan-created content from your FANFUSER account to your social media platforms, email lists, or other channels. FANFUSER provides tools to easily download or upload content to your social media platforms. Since we collect fans' email addresses and social handles when they upload content to your account, you'll know exactly who the content came from and on which social platform each fan prefers.

FANFUSER has strict guidelines and moderation processes in place to prevent the uploading of inappropriate or illegal content. If a violation is reported or detected, we will take appropriate action, which may include immediately removing the content or contacting the local police. If you're unsure if the video contains other licensed content than your own, you may also delete it from your account. Our Terms of Service clearly states to fans what is acceptable and what is not. FANFUSER subscription plans have a maximum number of videos and pictures that can be stored in your account at any one time. If a fan uploads a video to your account for example, and you are already at the maximum, do not worry. The last thing we want to happen is for you to miss that video. FANFUSER must however make room for the new video. The oldest video in your account is automatically deleted to make room for that fresh upload. The deleted video can not be retrieved once deleted. You can like content in your FanFuser account, which prevents it from being deleted in this situation.

While we cannot guarantee the quality of all fan-created content, you should encourage your fans to upload high-quality content. Fans need very little incentive to show their support for you. Hearing you mention your interest in seeing the great videos, pictures, and angles they captured during your performance helps. You can also provide suggestions or tips to your fans on how to capture better videos (like holding their phone sideways instead of upright). Most phones today record in high-definition and 4k, so video and picture quality will already be very good to excellent.

FANFUSER provides detailed fan information to help you understand your fan engagement. You can not only see information on every fan that has ever uploaded a video or picture from your performance, you'll see how many total videos and pictures have been uploaded to your FANFUSER account since day 1. You'll also see a ranked listing of your most supportive fans and an easy way to engage with them over social media and email. We are constantly working on improving the quality of the data we capture about fans, and making it easier for you to engage with them directy from FANFUSER.

Since fans are not required to signup for FANFUSER in order to upload, they do not have the ability to delete any videos. Once the content is uploaded, it remains securely in your account until you decide to delete it.
