Core FanFuser Features

FanFuser's features help you increase engagement with your Fans and guests. The features are specifically designed to make engagement simple and effective once the video is uploaded. But not all features are included with all plans. Some features may have specific purposes for organizations that a solo artist may not need. Below is a list of the most relevant features of the platform.

View and Manage Uploaded Videos

Fan-created content of your performance or event is what you're after. Each plan comes with a generous number of Fan videos that can be viewed and managed in your FanFuser account. View, download, or delete these videos as you please. If your video count reaches the plan's limit, we won't block the next Fan from uploading another video. FanFuser will remove the oldest video from your account to make room for the new content being uploaded.

Create and Save QR Codes

Easily create QR codes from within your FanFuser account that link Fans directly to you, or bring your own QR code generator. You can customize and save your FanFuser QR codes in our code library. If you have a preferred QR code generator, just use the provided link to your FanFuser video upload page in your personalized QR code.

Redirect Your Fans After Upload

We say thank you on your behalf after a Fan uploads a video, but then give you control over where the Fan goes next. Redirect them to your social media account, a merchandise page, events calendar, VIP sign up. The options are limitless to drive engagement after the video is uploaded.

Know Your Fans Better

Each time a video is uploaded to your FanFuser account, you'll also get their name, email address, the event where the video was recorded, and their social media account information. FanFuser creates a Fan database for you to see who your most prolific fans are over time, to easily tag them in their social channels, and to email them directly. All this is to help you better know your Fan base and drive engagement after the performance or event.

Customize Your Terms of Service

This is for individuals and corporations that want or need to include specific Terms of Service language. FanFuser's default Fan Terms of Service is provided on your video upload page, but can easily be changed. Copy/paste or directly type in your customized Terms of Service for Fans. It will be included for viewing from the Terms of Service button immediately after saving it to FanFuser.
