Thank you for using FanFuser, the video sharing platform that connects fans with their favorite artists, event venues, and businesses! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the legal agreement between you ("User") and FanFuser ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website and services.

1. Uploading and Ownership of Videos

By uploading a video to FanFuser, you grant FanFuser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the video for our marketing, sales, communication, demonstration, and other public and private uses.

You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the video content or have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the licenses set forth above.

By sharing a video containing content owned by a third party (e.g., artist performance, event footage), you acknowledge the ownership rights of that third party and grant FanFuser the right to share the video with them.

We reserve the right to remove or delete any video that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or applicable laws.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to FanFuser (including videos, comments, and descriptions).

You agree not to upload any content that is:

• Copyrighted material without the necessary permissions
• Violent, hateful, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Otherwise objectionable

3. Video Deletion

Currently, the ability for users to directly delete their uploaded videos is not available.

If you wish to request the deletion of a video you uploaded, you may contact FanFuser support. However, we cannot guarantee that the video will be deleted.

4. Incentives

FanFuser and its partners may offer incentives for uploading and sharing videos. These incentives may include contests, giveaways, discounts, or other benefits.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any incentive program at any time.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of FanFuser after the revised Terms are posted indicates your agreement to the new terms.
